Due to a bad deploy, some settings were incorrectly configured which resulted in a number of errors in the web application including:
1. The subscribers page not loading
2. Sporadic issues creating or modifying incidents
3. Potentially other one off errors
Unfortunately our alerting did not promptly alert us to this issue, as a result we were only notified by a customer email, after which the issue was corrected.
This incident is being backfilled for posterity and transparency. We apologize for the issue and will be working to improve our alerting such that we will be notified of future problems like this.
